You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you (or anyone in your household) were offered an Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) or a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) within the past 60 days, or if you expect to receive such an offer in the next 60 days.

Your employer might refer to an Individual Coverage HRA by another name, like "ICHRA." Be sure to check the details regarding offers for Individual Coverage HRAs and QSEHRAs.

If you qualify for Marketplace coverage through this Special Enrollment Period, you must contact the Marketplace Call Center to complete your enrollment, as online enrollment is not available for this scenario.
