Voluntary Admission Policy:

We understand that emerging technologies can create unintended consequences. If you voluntarily come forward with an admission of any such instance:

• There will be no negative consequences or legal action taken against you or your organization.

• A fair royalty agreement will be negotiated in good faith to resolve any use or exposure of proprietary material.

• Your cooperation will be viewed as a gesture of professionalism and good intent.
