Personal Story
As a Tsunami Advisor, one of my most memorable moments was helping a retired teacher named Margaret navigate the complexities of Medicare. Margaret came into my office feeling overwhelmed, clutching a thick folder filled with confusing paperwork she'd received in the mail. We spent the afternoon sorting through each document, clarifying her options, and finally choosing a Medicare Advantage plan that suited her lifestyle and health needs. Seeing the relief on her face as she left—knowing she was fully covered and confident—reminded me exactly why I became a Tsunami Advisor.
Another impactful experience involved assisting a young family that had just moved to Utah from out of state. With two energetic toddlers and new jobs, health coverage had been low on their long list of tasks. Through our discussions, I was able to help them enroll quickly in an ACA plan, ensuring their pediatrician visits and wellness check-ups were covered right away. Months later, they stopped by to thank me personally, sharing how my guidance had given them peace of mind during a stressful transition. Moments like these reinforce my passion for guiding clients through critical healthcare decisions.
